The firm of Homesley, Gaines & Dudley, LLP was established in 1976 and consists of partners T. C. Homesley, Jr., Edmund L. Gaines, & L. Ragan Dudley. The firm is located in Statesville, NC and is engaged in the general practice of law in all State and Federal courts. T.C. Homesley, Jr. and Edmund L. Gaines were previously associated with the firm of Collier, Harris & Homesley, a firm that dates back to 1919.
Our office is located in the county seat within close proximity to the Iredell County Hall of Justice and the United States Federal Courthouse. We serve Iredell County and surrounding counties such as Catawba, Rowan, Davie and Alexander.
