Dustin S. McCrary


Dustin S. McCrary was born and raised in Statesville, North Carolina. He received his B.A. in Communication Studies from the University of North Carolina in 2005. Thereafter, he attended North Carolina Central University, where he received his Juris Doctorate with honors, and Master of Business Administration, with the highest cumulative GPA in his class, in May 2009.

His main practice areas include: family law and divorce, personal injury, criminal defense, civil litigation, and wills and trusts. McCrary is a member of the North Carolina State Bar, North Carolina Bar Association, the Iredell County Bar Association, and the North Carolina Advocates for Justice. He is admitted to practice before all North Carolina state courts.

An avid sports fan, he spends much of his leisure time playing golf and cheering on his beloved Tar Heels at UNC sporting events. He resides in Statesville and is an active member of Western Avenue Baptist Church.
