L. Ragan Dudley is a native of Gaston County, North Carolina, and received a B.A. degree in Psychology from University of North Carolina in 1989. In 1992, he received his Juris Doctor degree from Wake Forest University School of Law and has practiced law in Iredell County and the surrounding area since 1993. He has been a partner in the firm of Homesley, Gaines & Dudley, LLP for over 15 years.
Ragan continues to take clients and practices out of the Statesville and Mooresville Offices. His primary areas of practice include: litigation, personal injury, real estate, domestic law, contracts, small business and corporations. Ragan is also involved in the general practice of law and handles most personal matters, including wills, trusts and estates. He is a member of the North Carolina State Bar, the Iredell County Bar Association, the North Carolina Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the North Carolina Advocates for Justice, formerly the North Carolina Academy of Trial Lawyers, and the Real Estate Lawyers Association of North Carolina.
Ragan is an AV rated lawyer by the Martindale Hubbell Legal Directory. Ragan resides in Troutman, North Carolina, with his wife and two daughters.
